Welcome to Dr. Phones! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our software-as-a-service platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account's security and for all activities that occur under the account. You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only.
The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the subscription plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
You retain all rights to the data, information, and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, and use your User Content as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dr. Phones Inc. and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
In no event shall Dr. Phones Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which your business is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
